Hi Markita -- I bought my first townhome in Fairfax, VA when I was 25 (ex-military at the time) using a VA loan, I couldn't have done it otherwise and got me started in the path to homeownership that has been very rewarding on so many levels to me! Great post!!! :)

I am getting ready to do my first transaction using a VA loan here in California.  Assuming all the ducks line up, we can make the offer without a deposit or downpayment?
