Don't Hesitate to Call with Your FHA Mortgage Questions

As I watch the NBA Playoffs, I started

thinking about my favorite basketball move when I played the game. It was my infamous hesitation dribble, sure to freeze the defender every time.

So as you probably can imagine, a hesitation dribble is a great move for basketball. But as a first time home buyer, you don't want hesitation as part of your game plan.

The best way to get the ball rolling is to get pre-approved for mortgage financing before finding your new home. I used to have a slogan "never find your new home until you have found your new loan".

So if you are considering buying a home in Woodbridge, Virginia or Prince George's County, Maryland don't hestiate to give us a call with your FHA, FHA Plus, or FHA 203k Mortgage Questions.

The last thing you want to do as a first time home buyer is be like the defender who never knew which way to go after being hit with the infamous hestitation move.

Markita I like the hesitation dribble tie in to Real Estate. By the way how about those Miami Heat? I didn't watch the game but I hear King James and D-Wade looked good out there. GO HEAT.
