Hi Markita,  As a Veteran and having used my VA benefit once I highly recommend it as a serious consideration to Vets.  They deserve the best!!!

So you are saying that me and my Boo can't buy a crib together? Dag! That sucks-LOL. Hello Sis! As usual you do a great job of always keeping us abreast of VA Mortgage Guidelines. Thanks for sharing. Got to re-blog this one.

Markita, thanks for that info. I too am a veteran who has used my va eligibility one time. If I use it again will the funding fee go from one to 2 or what would it be?

Great job, Markita!!  Good information delivered with a powerful punch.  Love the American flag behind you during your video.  Smart marketing ... and smart for people to get moving on a VA loan ...

@Cheryl It's my pleasure...so many guidelines its easy to forget things.

@Rosalie in the middle of the coffee house would have been a perfect time to make a splash, haha.

@Lanre uh "you and your boo" can live together but not buy together, you are too funny.

Mike:

That is great question and worthy of a "vlog" of its own. Currently the funding fee for subsequent use is 3.3% of the sales price. First timer use is now 2.15%.

Now that is a good idea! I have not seen a loan officer do this video concept yet! Good idea for Realtors, too!
